Rocket is a cross between ashtanga and vinyasa, and is noted as the original ‘power yoga’. Developed by Larry Schultz in 1980's San Francisco, this style is expected to keep you moving faster and more fluidly than a typical yoga class. While you might miss a few of the sequences in the first sessions, we know you will catch on by the third or fourth. Sound good? Classes are regularly booked, so book early!
Our 60 and 75 minute classes are traditional hot yoga hatha classes as inspired by Bikram. The classes consist of 26+ poses, breathing exercises and savasana, in a room heated to 38/40C.

It offers a variety of poses to enhance your current practice, challenge you and work your entire body. It is conducted in a HOT room allowing a break between poses like the original series.
